Our client, a large multinational organisation, is currently looking for an experienced HR Consultant to undertake a 6-month contract based in North Dublin.
The successful applicant would be responsible for maintaining functional, jurisdictional and subject matter expertise within the area of Employee Relations. Duties and responsibilities would include:- Supporting and counselling managers and employees on range of ER policies
- Acting as an escalation point and working closely with other C of E around ER issues
- Guiding the business around compliance and operational improvements
- Undertakes investigation of ER complaints, grievances etc.
- Builds relationships with HRBP's, Legal, Works Councils and external vendors
- Delivery of training to business leaders
- Ad hoc HR projects and programmes
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following attributes, skills and experience:
- HR degree or related professional Qualification
- 5+ years HR experience within a large corporate / multi-national type environment
- Strong grasp of Employee Relations and broad HR knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of building trust-based relationships within matrix based organisations
- Skilled at handling sensitive and complex issues
- Employment Law
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent English ( French, Italian or Spanish language would be advantageous)
This is a 6-month contract.
Remuneration in the range of €54 - 58k annualised
