We are recruiting for a leading global eCommerce company based in Dublin. They are currently seeking a Customer Support representative on an initial contract basis.
The Customer Service team is responsible for providing the highest standard of customer service by communicating with customers and resolving problems through the use of phone, email and social media. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile global eCommerce company.
What you will do:- Ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.
- Develop an excellent knowledge of products and services.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints via e-mail, phone and social media.
- Assess customer accounts, correcting any billing errors/charges and processing refunds.
- Follow up with issues regarding payments and obtaining order information.
- Track and document the resolution process using their order management and support systems.
- Open inquiries using a ticketing system and track tickets to ensure speedy responses.
What you need:- 3+ years' experience providing excellent Customer Service.
- Experience working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in regards to conflict resolution and dealing with customer complaints.
- Strong level of technical literacy, excellent knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Passionate about helping customers.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
This position is available on an initial 6 month contract with an immediate interview available.
