French Customer Support Specialist -Software HQ (30-35k)
We are recruiting for a rapid growth software company, headquartered in San Francisco which recently set up an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are looking for a customer support specialist with fluent French to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Act as a product expert.
- Provide support to customers (mainly email support)
- Provide qualitative and quantitative reports, helping the product team to enhance the product for the customers.
- Help the whole user operations team to stay up to speed with product changes etc.
- Creating content for the help guide.
- Establish the company culture in Dublin
Requirements:
- 1-3 year's customer support experience.
- Strong knowledge of software, knowledge of IOS and Android mobile platforms is a plus
- Passion for customer support
- Excellent work ethic with strong initiative.
- Prior B2B experience is desirable.
- Fluency in English AND French is a prerequisite
