Aircraft Leasing Asset Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Aircraft Leasing company in Dublin and gain valuable industry experience within the contracts management team.This role may be suitable for someone looking to further their career within the aircraft leasing industry or a recent Aviation Graduate looking to gain further insight into this industry.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the administration of all aspects of lease contracts
- Manage Maintenance Reserve information for the department, including Maintenance Rates and recording of utilisation
- Ensure all utilisation reports are received from the company's lessees
- Update the company's contract management system with all relevant contracts and documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and clients
- Responsible for issuing invoices
- Prepare various lease reports as required
- Monitor receivables including following up on non-payments as required
- Provide lease information as required to other internal departments
Requirements:
- A university honours degree
- 1+ year's relevant work experience or completion of graduate programme
- Previous corporate administration experience is a must
- Aircraft leasing experience preferable
- Keen interest in gaining exposure the aircraft leasing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
