Our client is a world leading software company - they are currently looking for a Senior Content Administrator in their office located in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse current strategies and identify any missed opportunities that could improve overall performance.
- Analyse data to drive product improvements – detail focused individual.
- Manage and collaborate across teams.
- Become a product expert and carry out quality testing to ensure the integrity of the service.
- Compile reports and insights that easily communicate technical issues and processes to business partners.
- Present product performance and suggested improvements to team members and senior staff when required.
- Show the ability to deliver clear and concise content to those who will use it across the globe.
- Support a large base of global users on how to best use the platform.
What you will need:
- Keen eye for detail from a communications, marketing, sales or business background.
- Highly organised individual.
- Clever curator of information that can be used effectively by the user.
- Experience with educational platforms a bonus.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce a creative solution within deadlines.
Immediate Interview - Salary up to €50k
