Financial Modelling Analyst - Aircraft Leasing
Our client is a major aircraft lessor which is looking to recruit a Financial Modelling Analyst.
The role:
- Transaction modelling and analysis - recognise key elements from modelling results, with ability to interpret and evaluate
- Develop asset knowledge and have an understanding of appraiser methodology
- Development of models
- Analysis of special cause drivers
- Implementing forecast accuracy measurement reporting and communication strategy
- Developing forecasts
- Continuous improvement of strategy
- Determining risks and opportunities through scenario analysis
Experience:
- Quantitative honours Degree and Masters/Accounting Qualification essential
- Previous experience in financial modelling within financial services or aircraft leasing
- Have strong organisational, project management and communication/presentation skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve within tight deadlines
- Commercial acumen required
- Capable of working across timezones, to tight deadlines and under own initiative
