Corporate Finance Manager - Aircraft Leasing
My client, a top aircraft leasing company in Dublin is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join their team. The role will involve structuring financing options and deals and building strong relationships with banks and financial institution partners.
Responsibilities:
- Structuring of transactions including evaluation of financing options
- Relationship management with banks and financial institutions
- Assist in the pricing of portfolio transactions
- Support consummation of debt transactions
- Preparation of transaction papers
Requirements:
- Relevant finance/business degree/masters or accounting qualification
- Strong understanding of aircraft financing
- Proven relationship management experience
- Highly numerical
- Willingness to travel
