Contract Manager - Aircraft Leasing
Our client is a high profile aircraft leasing firm based in Dublin city centre which is currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setup of all new contracts and amendments in CMS, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively from Letter of Credit renewal, Insurance renewals and Financial review
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Preparation of various monthly risk and finance reports for presentation to the Board
- Ensure all rental increases and maintenance reserve escalations are monitored
- Manage and mentor Contract Administrator
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2+ years' relevant contract management experience in aviation, leasing or finance
- Knowledge of CMS or similar system and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
