A multinational e-commerce corporation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 4-month fixed term contract with the possibility of further extension. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience with a global company in their Dublin office.
About my client:
My client is a multinational e-commerce corporation that facilitates consumer to consumer and business to consumer sales through their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve HR inquiries from company employees (eg. pension, medical, life insurance).
- Manage the onboarding and termination of employees and ensuring they are fully kept up to date throughout the entire process.
- Maintain and update date and records to ensure accurate HR records for reporting and managing employee files.
- Prepare candidates with all the relevant information for their first day.
- Partner with other teams and departments in relation to all HR aspects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant HR experience.
- High degree or organisation and coordination.
- Previous experience with MS Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Benefits and administration experience.
- Previous experience with Workday and Salesforce is preferred.
