- Description
Our client is an American Software company and is a market leader in international ecommerce solutions. They are currently recruiting customer service agents for their HQ in Blanchardstown. This role will be hired on a temporary contract and you will be required to work a late night shift.
A day in the life of a customer service agent:- Interacting with client companies, international consumers and company vendors worldwide
- Providing a high level of customer support via emails and/or phone and ensuring that all customer queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Researching solutions
- Tracking and documenting the resolution process using systems
- Raising and tracking inquiries via a ticketing system
Qualifications:- 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is fundamental
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland
- Must be open to working late shifts and one day at the weekend
- Must have your own transport
