Our client is a rapid-growth American Software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking a German OR Dutch Technical Support Representative, they require a talented technical support professional that is able to provide excellent support through different mediums. Your role as Customer Support Advocate:
- Support customers and offer solutions to problems
- Trouble shoot level 1 technical issues
- Be a product expert and advocate
- Have the initiative to suggest improvements
- Drive product change and improvement
- Trouble-shoot and follow up on customer issues
- Escalate issues to the next tier of support
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in Technical Support
- Experience using social media or web-based software, including Twitter, Facebook, and Google Apps.
- Fluent in German OR Dutch AND English
- Ability to communicate with your team and customers over the phone, email and face to face.
- Strong troubleshooting ability
