Business Development Team Manager - EMEA Start Up
We have been retained by an American Pre-IPO technology company that set up an EMEA HQ in Dublin this year. They are currently seeking a Business Development Team manager to manage the EMEA sales development team in Dublin. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales development, exceptional team leadership experience and experience in setting up processes . This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful rapid-growth company in the founding stages of its EMEA office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales development representatives
- Train, educate and career develop the team
- Develop SDR processes for outbound prospecting, inbound calls and cross-functional prospecting
- Recognise issues with the SDR processes and sales pipeline
- Analyse team metrics
- Manage relationships with SDRs
- Manage the hiring process of SDRs across EMEA
What you need to have:
- Proven track record of hitting targets and exceeding quotas
- 2+ years in business development
- 1+ years' experience managing or team leading a sales development/lead generation team
- Experience selling a technical SaaS software
- Fluency in English
