Our client is a global software company who are actively seeking Renewals Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing US tech firm.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive value.
- Identify customer requirements and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.
- Liaise with customers to ensure successful delivery of our solutions according to customers needs and objectives.
- Partner with the Account Executive to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and helping in identifying expansion opportunities.
- Communicate clearly the progress of customer relationships to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Document, forecast and track key account metrics using Salesforce.
- Develop internal business relationships in order to collaborate to develop comprehensive win strategies for renewals and the elimination of current issues for customers.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Partner with Sales Operations to monitor and analyze customer's usage of products.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position to internal key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree equivale or relevant work experience
- 4+ years’ experience supporting customers in a B2B model.
- Ability to network and build trust both internally and externally.
- Ability to navigate and bring clarity to complex situations
