VP Tax, Aircraft Leasing
We are recruiting a VP Tax to join a rapid growth aircraft leasing company in Dublin city centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all tax related matters and play a key role on the deal team providing tax advice and input on all transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for structuring and implementation of both Irish and international tax provisions
- Responsibility for accurate completion and filing of all corporation tax returns and tax payments
- Provide tax support and advice to other internal departments through deal team involvement
- Ensure the most tax efficient structure is utilised in all aircraft transactions
- Take a lead in identifying tax risks within the Group
- Lead the management of tax compliance in the Group
- Manage relationships with relevant tax authorities
Requirements:- 5+ years PQE in aviation finance/aircraft leasing
- Experience managing tax related matters for multiple aircraft transactions
- Qualified Accountant or tax professional
- Previous aircraft leasing experience essential
