Digital Project Manager - Scrum Master
Your role will be to:
- Continue/maintain current and ongoing digital projects within the web team
- Help initiate new and upcoming digital projects
- Manage project requirements
- Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to deliver projects using an agile methodology
- Work with all Web CoE team members to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Identify manage and report on project risks/issues
- Manage change requests from stakeholders
- Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are carried out
- Coach new/existing members of the team on agile and the scrum ceremonies
- Manage the relationship with internal clients and all stakeholders
Skills/Experience required:
- 3-5 years' experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven working experience as a scrum master in a software development environment
- Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Salary range €45-50k
