HR Generalist - Aviation
My client is a leading Chinese aviation services company with a HQ in Dublin. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their newly established team based in Dublin City Centre.
The HR Generalist is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office support responsibilities
HR Generalist responsibilities:
- General HR Administration such as updating employee records, recruitment support, on-boarding, employee relations etc.
- Act as first point of contact for all HR related issues/queries, providing advice and guidance to employees
- Provide administrative support to a small team
- Act as support to the CEO with general admin tasks, such as diary management, booking events and organising transport
- General ad-hoc office management responsibilities
- Manage overall office activities
Requirements:- 3 + years' experience in HR
- Eligible to work in Ireland without restrictions
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience using HR Systems and working knowledge of office processes
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Equivalent HR qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Full clean driving licence and own transport as there is a requirement to be willing to drive to company meetings, industry events and conferences
Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
