Executive Assistant / Office Manager required in start-up environment!
A leading Chinese aviation company, who have recently set up a HQ in Dublin, are looking for an energetic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their newly established, fast-paced, growing team.
This role is a dual-role, and will require a flexible and dynamic candidate, with both executive assistant and general office management experience
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the Managing Director with his daily schedule and duties, to include managing his calendar, travel arrangements and general commitments
- Arranging meetings, conferences and events, and on occasion attending events and conferences with the management team
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Receiving and interacting with visitors and answering and managing incoming calls
- Performing general office management duties such as managing the inventory of office supplies, ordering additional supplies as needed and ensuring that costs are appropriately managed
- Maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement and routine maintenance and upkeep
- Assisting with various human resources tasks to include managing the payroll system, managing job postings, assisting new employees as they join and maintaining human resources files
What you'll need:
- 3-8 years Executive Assistant/Office Management experience
- Human Resource administration experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Prior experience with an Asian company and/or a start-up business environment an advantage
- Full clean driving licence and own transport is essential as there is a requirement to be willing to drive to company meetings, industry events and conferences
Excellent salary available, which is negotiable based on experience
