Technical Support/Helpdesk Support - Immediate Start
Our client, a global leader within the technology/healthcare sector, is currently looking for Technical Support/Helpdesk Support on a contract basis to join their team based in Dublin city centre.
The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.Main Responsibilities:
* Modifying software on existing desktops, laptops etc
* Asset Management e.g. procure hardware, peripherals and software for employees
* Software license and hardware management
* Coordinate and assist in all aspects of the desk move process
* Ensure the IT Asset Management policy and Asset Disposal processes are adhered to
* Retrieve assets when employees are terminated or off on LTA/maternity leave and store or return/redeployRequirements:
* Third Level Certification or Diploma in an IT related discipline
* At least 1 years' experience within a customer services/tech support role
* Intermediate level of proficiency with all MS Office applications
* Previous experience in basic IT troubleshooting is an advantage
There may be opportunities for a permanent position after the initial contract
