Online Procurement Executive - 1 year contract €35k
A global e-commerce payments company is looking for an Online Procurement Executive to join their Procurement team on a 1 year contract. You will have the opportunity to manage the end to end order process for hardware, software and mobile phones for staff across Europe!
What you'll do
- Manage the end to end stock ordering for users throughout Europe, including hardware, software and mobile phones
- Take ownership of any order tickets in the ticketing system
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Manage relationships with vendors in order to source new stock as needed
- Effectively track and report on all new orders, following up on any order delays or issues
- Manage internal communications regarding orders, ensuring users are aware of availability of stock and delivery times
- Manage vendor invoice and payment queries
What you'll need
- 1+ years' experience in a purchasing or procurement environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and experience tracking and reporting
- Experience with SAP system an advantage
