Accounts Payable Manager - 12 month contract
My client is a leading aircraft leasing company who are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Shannon on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the AP team in all aspects of the accounts payable function: e.g. invoicing, processing payments, employee expenses etc.
- Ensure timely completion of Accounts Payable activities
- Assist in the preparation of AP month end close
- Responsible for completing monthly creditor account reconciliations
- Authorise payments through the company's banking systems
- Ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' Accounts Payable experience in a multinational environment
- At least 1 years' experience within a management position
- Good knowledge and exposure to general accounting practices
- SUN Accounts experience preferable
