Business Development Representative- 50k OTE
Our client is a global software company who are actively looking for a Business Development Representative to join their new office in Dublin City. Within this role the Business Development Rep is expected to work closely to sales executive professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Creating sales development, lead generation, inside sales, and sales operations.
- Setting up meetings for Account Executives.
- Organising, logging activity and categorise sales leads onto Saleforce.
- Having strong and influencing skills when dealing with customers.
- Attending sales meetings, vendor training and different shows.
- Creating different sales strategies to grow the business.
What you need:
- 1+ years' experience in sales development.
- Degree is required
- Excellent IT skills, i.e. Microsoft and Salesforce.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Highly attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate success in achieving quotas or targets.
- Be comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calling as well as emailing and meeting targets.
