Are you keen to attain IN-HOUSE RECRUITMENT experience with a world-renowned multinational organisation?
Do you have experience with high volume roles?Do you have a background in recruiting multilingual candidates in Ireland?
Do you have 1 year or more in-house or agency experience?
If you are looking to develop your recruitment career by adding 11 months experience in a challenging and dynamic environment that is recognised and respected by employers, then please apply.
This is a 11-month contract with an annualised salary of €50 - 60k per anum
You'll be expected to run the full 360 recruitment process across a number of language-based customer sales and service roles as part of a recruitment project.
Applicants are expected to have the following skills, attributes and experience:- 1 year or more experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Undertaken direct sourcing activity using the full spectrum of traditional and social media fora
- Interviewed candidates and taken part in demanding selection processes
- Managed multiple open vacancies at any one time
- Be conversant with an ATS and recording candidate details
- Good negotiation and counselling skills
- Are driven and target oriented
- Are immediately available or available within a few weeks.
This is a 11 month contract.
