A market-leading global tech company is looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to join their team starting on a 6 - month contract.
About my client:
My client is one of the world-leading technology companies. They have a talented and high-performance workforce that is customer-focused and results-driven.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will support consumer credit business for the UK & will strengthen the governance around how the company report to credit bureau agency in the UK.
- They will oversee policies and procedure regarding Credit.
- This person will be in control of preparing credit bureau returns & controls frameworks along with putting certain policies & procedures in written format.
- Interacting with collections team, tech teams, control partners & remediation teams.
- The successful candidate will be able to navigate through the credit framework at the company.
- They will need to maintain a relationship with the credit bureau, outline the framework for credit risk, will need to run the operational risk,
- The successful candidate will need to be independent but go to management with problems if needs be & somebody confident in the role.
Requirements:
- This company need somebody that can manage the relationship with the bureau – will have to liaise with stakeholders.
- Some credit experience, preferable if you have engaged with the bureau, preparation of returns,
- Must have a control mindset, somebody who can see what needs to be done and changed with regards to credit policies in the company.
- A self-starter who can take control of the job.
- Somebody who has strong credit experience and is motivated to amend and make current credit policies more effective.
- Theseus experience is a major plus.
