Aircraft Leasing Treasury Administrator
We are looking for a Treasury Administrator to join a leading Aircraft Leasing company located in Dublin city centre.
The Treasury Administrator will ensure the prompt and accurate recording and reporting of all transactions whilst also ensuring the integrity of all financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the treasury inbox
- Answer all lender and service provider queries
- Management of all supporting documentation and coordination of all approvals in line with internal policy to ensure timely debt service settlement and payment
- Responsible for forecasting SGA spend and managing all payment runs
- Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts and all associated administration, including coordination of KYC requirements
- Administration of treasury system to record all loads, interest rate updates, FX, deposits and derivatives
- Provision of cash and servicer reports, investments and debt settlements to various lenders
Requirements:
- Minimum degree level, preferably with specialisation in finance
- 1-4 years' experience in treasury related role within aviation or financial services
- Previous experience in payments/settlements
- Strong mathematical and analysis skills
- Highly organised, efficient and capable of working to tight deadlines.
