HR-Employee Relations Specialist
Our client, a large multinational organisation, is currently looking for an experienced HR Consultant to undertake an 11-month contract based in North Dublin.
- Supporting and counselling managers and employees on a range of ER policies
- Acting as an escalation point and working closely with other C of E around ER issues
- Guiding the business around compliance and operational improvements
- Undertakes investigation of ER complaints, grievances etc.
- Builds relationships with HRBP's, Legal, Works Councils and external vendors
- Delivery of training to business leaders
- Ad hoc HR projects and programmes
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following attributes, skills and experience:
- HR degree or related professional Qualification
- 5+ years HR experience within a large corporate / multi-national type environment
- Strong grasp of Employee Relations and broad HR knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of building trust-based relationships within matrix based organisations
- Skilled at handling sensitive and complex issues
- Employment Law
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent English essential ( French, Spanish or German language would be advantageous)
This is an 11-month contract.
Remuneration in the range of €55 - 58k annualised
