Asset Management Chief Information Officer

 
 We are currently recruiting for a Chief Information Officer to join an asset management company based in Dublin. 

Summary

Being an Asset Management company, ensuring the business has efficient software and IT processes will give a competitive edge, this should be done by promoting a “business-first” mentality at all levels of the IT organization.
 
To maximize efficiency a focus on hardware and system standardization together with integration and secure data sharing between both internal systems and external customers system. Including meeting with external customers and developing strong relationships with business partners.
 
To maintain the competitive edge, the CIO should monitor emerging technologies and promote the use of new tools and service management frameworks that are most relevant to the company's goals and evolving needs.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an IT vision, strategy, and a roadmap, aligned with company business objectives
  • Prepare and monitor IT operational budgets
  • Implement the most appropriate and effective IT organizational design to support and engage with the business.
  • Develop and execute an analytics program that will allow the company to make data-based decisions.
  • Establish a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data.
  • Lead the design and implementation of an company-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, processes, portfolio management, development standards and methodologies.
