Executive Assistant / Recruitment Administrator
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant / Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Managing Director and the Senior recruiting team within the aircraft leasing recruitment department.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Recruiters
- Diary Management
- Managing a high volume of emails
- Answering the phone, taking messages, transferring calls
- Managing the co-ordination of interviews between candidates and clients
- Sourcing talent and screening applications
- Posting jobs
- Formatting CVs
- Ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years' previous experience in an administrative role ( EA, PA, Administrative Assistant)
- Experience working in a corporate environment is desired
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications, including Excel
- Excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and priotise daily workload
- Organised and able to work under pressure
