Restructuring Manager - Lending Manager
Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, are recruiting for numerous Commercial Lending Managers / Restructuring Managers across different locations in Ireland. (Dublin, Cork, Limerick)
This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customers across a range of Corporate, Property and SME Sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide credit restructuring solutions to a range of sectors.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers across a number of sectors, providing the highest standards in customer relationship.
- To develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal and external teams.
- Achieve KPI's which will include restructuring and management of restructured portfolio of customers as well as proactive management of the Bank's relationships with external Legal advisors.
- Maximise loan recovery and develop strategy and credit papers
Requirements:
- 3-8 years' experience of working in a lending and / or restructuring area of a financial services company
- Strong loan restructuring experience
- Experience looking at a broad range of challenged commercial portfolios
- Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment
- QFA or APA Qualified
- Experience in arrears, asset disposal, litigation, SME, corporate, commercial or property restructuring
- Experience negotiating with distress borrowers and their advisors
