VP Finance - Aircraft Leasing
To facilitate significant growth plans, a global player in the Aircraft Leasing sector is recruiting for a VP Finance to lead their growing finance team, based in their Dublin office.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a broad role that will enable the successful candidate to evolve their leadership, commercial, banking and negotiation skills dealing with some of the best in the business.
The role
- Leading, managing and motivating the Dublin based finance team
- Provide key insights to the CEO and Commercial teams on transactions
- Oversight of the Group's reporting processes and providing key analysis and insight to the Board on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of financial reports and analyses on a quarterly basis for presentation to the Board
- Lead the audit process
- Treasury management of bank accounts
- Assist in the development and analysis of budgets and forecasts
- A range of ad hoc tasks and projects
The person
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 5+ years relevant post qualified experience
- Strong experience in people management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
- Experience of working in the aircraft leasing industry
- Presenting at board level
- Experience of using Sun Systems
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Salary commensurate with experience plus attractive package including bonus
