IT Applications (Dynamics), Senior Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Applications Manager to join an established and growing international aircraft leasing company in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Dynamics CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics for the business across CRM, NAV and HRMS solutions
- Be the single point of contact for all queries relating to Dynamics both internally and externally
- Ensure all support issues are resolved as required
- Ensure the continued development of Dynamics within the business, ensuring new technologies are introduced in order for the business to continue evolving
- Project management of solution design between internal departments and 3rd party Dynamics providers
- Integration between Dynamics and other applications
Requirements:
- Relevant third level IT qualification
- Project management qualification advantageous
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is essential
- An interest in developing a true understanding of business requirements in order to continue the development of Dynamics applications
- Proven track record in improving end user experience
- Project management experience, dealing with internal teams and 3rd party providers
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience in Dynamics Customer Engagement, Dynamics NAV, SharePoint, SQL Scripting
