German Account Executive €120K - €130K OTE
We are currently recruiting for an American Pre-IPO software company that set up an EMEA HQ in Dublin last year who are looking for an Account Executive to manage the DACH region.
They need candidates with software sales experience and a proven track record in over-achieving. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful rapid-growth company in the founding stages of its EMEA office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle across the DACH region
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Account Management, including acquisition and retention
- Negotiate contracts, generate quotes and close business
- Pipeline and forecast
- Act as a product expert
What you need to have:
- 3 + years' experience in a SaaS sales role
- Target driven and proven track record in smashing targets
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience conducting product demonstrations for customers
- Ability to convey technical principles in a very consultative way
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from qualification to close
- Strong Technical Ability
- Fluent German
