Aircraft Leasing Contracts Manager - Singapore
Our client is a high profile leasing firm who are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and ensuring lease compliance
- Ensuring the delivery and redelivery of aircraft in accordance with contractual agreements
- Managing relationships with airline clients
- Managing the companies contract management system, ensuring all relevant lease and portfolio information is accurate and in line with company policies
- Managing lease and loan obligations
- Working closely with the legal team and technical teams ensuring that all technical details on each aircraft are kept up to date
- Managing the deal team process and co-ordinating the deal team for the acquisition and disposal of aircraft, including funding and opening related bank accounts
- Leading a team of contract managers which manage all aspects of lease contracts and debt facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' corporate contract experience
- Previous aviation experience is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Strong verbal and written English
