Employee Relations Specialist (Spanish Market)
€60K 11 month contract
We are currently recruiting for a global e-commerce organisation, that need an Employee Relations Specialist to join their People Team.
The successful candidate will be managing important HR topics such as providing guidance on policies, employee counselling, managing diversity, ensuring equal employment opportunities. All of this will be for the employees located in Spain
What you'll do…
- Guide employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, liaising with the legal department
- Conduct investigations into employee or manager complaints that are escalated from People
- Experience Advisors
- Keep up to date with regional legal and regulatory issues that affect employment and recommend appropriate modifications to existing policy and practices as needed.
- Responsible for implementing necessary policy and process changes in partnership with legal team
What you'll need
- 2+ years' employee relations experience
- Knowledge and experience of Spanish employee relations work plus fluency in Spanish is necessary
- Experience in a large multinational organisation is an advantage
