Case Manager/12 month contract
Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for a Case Manager to join their team, based in Cork. This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global bank.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customers across Personal, SME, Corporate and Property Sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Providing the highest standards in customer relationship by managing proactively a portfolio of customers in various sectors.
- Establishing strong relationships with shareholders and stakeholders.
- To manage proactively the company's relationships with 3rd party Legal advisors.
- Restructuring and management of restructured portfolio of customers (KPI's)
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years' working experience in a lending and / or restructuring area of a financial services company
- QFA Qualified or APA Qualified
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Experience and exposure in arrears, asset disposal, litigation, personal, SME, corporate, commercial or property restructuring
Salary is negotiable.
