Senior Risk & Pricing Manager - Aircraft Leasing
Our client is a major aircraft lessor based in Dublin city centre. They are looking to recruit an experienced Risk & Pricing Manager to join their team.
The role:
- Key role in deal teams for transactions related to aircraft leasing, remarketing and trading
- Use expertise to assess potential aircraft transaction; transaction modelling and analysis, calculating cashflows, financial statements and returns
- Provide key input into portfolio evaluation and strategic decisions
- Analytical assessment of divestment and investment opportunities
- Continuous development of pricing model
- Market trend analysis and due diligence
- Support Commercial Department throughout deal negotiations
- Review all assumptions related to the impairment assessment on a regular basis
- Evaluate and report counter-party risk
- Credit risk review and assessment on all potential lease deals
Requirements:
- Minimum degree level education in a quantitative subject
- 3+ years' experience in a risk/pricing role within a finance/commercial function
- Strong analytical background and experience in valuation and risk analysis associated with aircraft leasing, aviation or aerospace manufacturer industry
- Strong financial modelling essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills
