Contract Manager - Aircraft Leasing
A high profile aircraft leasing company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Dublin.
We are looking for a person with strong contract management experience to become part of a global Contracts Management department responsible for high value transactions with leading airline customers.
Contract Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms
- Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management
- Management of maintenance reserve process
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company's corporate management system - LeasePoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- 2+ years' relevant contracts or asset administration within aviation
- Aircraft leasing experience preferred
- Commercial jet aircraft leasing administration experience desired
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
