VP Applications (Dynamics NAV)
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV Specialist to join an established and growing international aircraft leasing company in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Dynamics NAV with extensive project management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics for the business across CRM, NAV and HRMS solutions
- Be the single point of contact for all queries relating to Dynamics NAV both internally and externally
- Work closely with the Finance team based in the Hong Kong office on all Dynamics NAV related issues
- Ensure all support issues are resolved as required
- Ensure the continued development of Dynamics within the business, ensuring new technologies are introduced in order for the business to continue evolving
- Project management of solution design between internal departments and 3rd party Dynamics providers
- Integration between Dynamics and other applications
Requirements:
- Relevant third level IT qualification
- Project management qualification advantageous
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is essential
- An interest in developing a true understanding of business requirements in order to continue the development of Dynamics applications
- Proven track record in improving end-user experience
- Project management experience, dealing with internal teams and 3rd party providers
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience in Dynamics Customer Engagement, Dynamics NAV, SharePoint, SQL Scripting
- Willingness to travel to Hong Kong office as required
