Commercial Analyst - Aircraft Leasing
Our client is a major aircraft lessor based in Dublin city centre. They are looking to recruit a Commercial Analyst to join their team.
The role:
- Assist in the review potential aircraft transactions; transaction modelling and analysis, calculating cashflows, financial statements and returns
- Provide key input into portfolio evaluation and strategic decisions
- Analytical assessment of divestment and investment opportunities
- Continuous development of pricing model
- Market trend analysis and due diligence
- Support Commercial Department throughout deal negotiations
Requirements:
- Minimum degree level education in a quantitative subject
- 2+ years' experience in an analytical/pricing role within a finance/commercial function
- Strong financial modelling essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills
