Service Desk Analyst - FTC 6 month's contract
My client a major travel management company is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract role to join their team based in Dublin.
The Service Desk Analyst will be:
- Serving as the primary contact for internal staff support requests
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting Windows 7/10, Citrix client
- Configuring, deploying, and relocating corporate desktops, laptops, and monitors
- Installing new printers and troubleshooting printer issues
- Documenting and maintaining new application and operating system installation and configurations
Qualifications & Experience:
- An IT Qualification
- 2+ Years' experience in a service desk / technical support role
- Experience supporting Windows based products in a corporate environment
- Strong MS office and basic Hardware support experience
- MS Certification
- Excellent team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
