Aircraft Leasing Contracts Manager
My client, a leading aircraft leasing company, is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Dublin based team. This position is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Responsibilities:
- Generate all invoices for lease rent, maintenance reserves and security deposits for issurance to lessees in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with Technical department to monitor maintenance reserve rate escalations and adjustments
- Uploading lease documentation to the company's system, ensure it is correct and up to date
- Take responsibility for Letters of Credit to include renewals, drawdowns etc.
- Manage the filing and storage of internal documents
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships, handling queries
- Assist the deal teams acting as the main point of contact between departments
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within the aviation, asset finance or legal industry
- Previous experience in corporate contracts is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications including Excel
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
