Software Engineering Director
We are currently recruiting for a Software Engineering director, for our client a leading technology company in Dublin city centre.
We want to hear from you if you have a strong experience in leading software teams, successfully delivering applications and platforms for customers around the world, have full lifecycle experience from designing to production using Agile delivery methods.
Responsibilities:
- Develop collocate and remote team, advise them on matters of design, optimisation and implementation.
- Work closely with Product Managers and other Engineering leaders to create the best customer focussed Engineering Culture and Product in the company.
- Drive continuous improvement in your team - explain long and short term goals and provide training and mentoring.
Skills and Expertise:
- Third level degree in software engineering or computer science.
- 10+ years' of experience of software development in a fast paced product company.
- 5+ years' experience in leading large software teams.
- Extensive experience in change management, systems engineering, security, UI systems.
- Working experience with development environments such as Agile, Waterfall etc.
A market leading package is on offer for the position.
