My client, a leading aircraft leasing company based in Dublin city centre is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the Accounts Payable function
- Process all invoices from receipt to payment
- Record all payments in the company’s system
- Management of invoice matching
- Manage the weekly payment run, ensuring all payments are made within the correct credit terms
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Manage incoming queries
- Reconciliation of lease receivables accounts and maintenance reserve accounts
- Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accounting Technician
- 3+ years in an accounts payable position
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
