A market-leading technology company are looking for an inside sales manager for their Galway office.
About my client:
My client is a global multinational tech company based in Galway. They have a talented and high-performance workforce that is customer focused and results driven.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will develop, coach, motivate and retain the best people, as well as lead a multilingual team to deliver to customers and stakeholders exceptional services and results.
- Manage the day to day operations, including performance management and call coaching to develop and motivate the team to reach productivity targets and revenue goals.
- Have a talent pipeline and recruit the best people. Possess the ability to coach, motivate and develop the team to drive results and continuous improvement.
- Manage the team’s volumes and work with sales management team to ensure optimal support across multiple countries. You will submit bi-weekly forecast and provide insight on sales metrics.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timeline and ensure that accurate and complete information is captured in CRM. Provide frequent data quality checks and calibration sessions.
- Work consistently with the sales and sales management teams including collaboration with marketing, customer service, and sales operations. Be an active participant in worldwide sales community initiatives.
- Guide team in accordance with company policies and lead by example, being hands-on, and providing leadership to the team to ensure achievement of revenue targets, KPI metrics, and productivity expectations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree as well as 5+ years of relevant people management experience.
- Proven history of exceeding targets and an ability to work to deadlines.
- Software industry experience is a bonus but not a pre-requisite.
- Experience working in a very KPI driven environment
