- Description
My client is a major aircraft leasing company which is recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team based in Dublin on a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices from receipt to payment of supplier
- Record all payments in the company’s system
- Management of invoice matching
- Assist with month end accruals, ensure outstanding payments have been recorded
- Point of contact for all supplier queries
- Perform cost code analysis
- Supplier relationship management
- Manage the approval of invoices process
- Prepare and process supplier and credit card payment runs
- Manage the VAT return process for multiple jurisdictions
Requirements:
- 1+ years accounts payable experience
- Experience in high volume accounts payable department
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
