Aircraft Leasing Financial Accountant
Our client is a leading aircraft leasing company and they are currently hiring a part-qualified accountant to join the external reporting team.
The successful candidate is a strategic thinker and team player who takes ownership and accountability over the reporting towards financiers and auditors.
The Role:- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of unaudited quarterly financial statements for external financiers.
- Cooperation with and providing support to external auditors.
- Ensure the integrity of reporting and compliance with company standards and local regulations and collaborate on the implementation of the International Accounting Standards (IFRS, GAAP) wherever applicable.
- Archive records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements.
- Quarterly individual legal entity review for entities within the group.
- Liaise with the Tax department on preparation of the tax returns.
The Person:
- Part - qualified accountant
- Good understanding of accounting standards
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills
