- Description
A well-known aircraft leasing client is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Dublin city centre team on a one-year fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain global insight into the aircraft leasing industry and play a key role within the Contracts Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with airline clients to check and prepare Conditions Precedents
- Upload lease contracts onto the company’s Contract Management System
- Reconcile outstanding receivables as per contract
- Draft legal documents as requested by the Legal team
- Manage Letters of Credit ensuring they are updated and compliant with each contract
- Ongoing management and upkeep of lease in Contract Management System
- Ensure all transaction documents and relevant contract information is captured in electronic form and hard copies are filed and archived
- Provide reports and updates to internal departments and externally to customers and legal counsel on lease and transaction information
- Work with other departments to ensure all relevant information is provided for execution of lease terms
- Support the broader Deal Team as required to ensure the smooth closing of transactions
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ similar experience within an aircraft lessor or within the aviation industry
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Flexible and self-starting with the ability to blend with a small team
- Proven record working with databases and document management systems
- Experience running reports, updating presentations, advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail essential
