My client is a market-leading technology company which is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for their Galway office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, motivate and retain a high-performing multilingual sales team.
- Manage a pipeline of top sales talent.
- Manage the team’s volumes to ensure support across EMEA.
- Coordinate projects and ensure that accurate and complete information is maintained.
- Participate in global sales initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service and sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3+ years sales management experience
- At least 8 years work experience and software industry experience preferred
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience working in a very KPI driven environment
