A rapid-growth financial services provider is recruiting a CRM Developer to join their expanding digital team in their Dublin office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a CRM system and integrate it into other systems used in the company
- Ensure relevant data is available for all staff members
- Oversee a Loan Management system and keep it up to date
- Liaise with staff members to collect feedback and improve systems
- Write and run various scripts including a Deluge script
- Develop blueprints for internal business process
Requirements:
- Previous CRM system management experience
- Experience writing and running scripts
- Experience improving automation
- Experience using Zoho or similar online CRM (SugarCRM, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshworks)
