My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor which has an opening for a Corporate Legal Counsel. This is a great opportunity to join an organisation with an excellent reputation in the aircraft leasing space.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate high profile aircraft sale, aircraft purchase and financing transactions
- Advise on aircraft financing legal issues
- Manage corporate legal transactions from start to finish
- Advise on topical relevant legal issues
Requirements
- Up to two years PQE from a law firm or other in-house position
- Interest in aircraft leasing
- Familiar with the conditions precedent necessary to effect transaction closings
- Ability to work at pace, in a deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills
