- Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with developers, merchants and internal teams on post integration issues
- provide technical support, consulting and best practices.
- Conduct test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints.
- Communicate technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
- Identify irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviours with products and services.
- Develop technical information for distribution to merchants.
- Conducting demos on product functionality.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or web development role
- BSc degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
- Experienced/familar with:
Java, Objective C / Swift, C#, PHP, NodeJS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON.- Understanding of REST
- Understanding of Linux/Unix commands
- Understanding of basic SQL Commands
- Solid Understanding of Firewalls, proxy, HTTP Errors, server side errors, TCP/IP
